Most consultancies use Project Discovery to determine requirements before plunging into a solution. But there the similarity ends. Our discovery style is relaxed but rigorous. For most projects, the team leads a multi-day Discovery which begins with a series of written, contemplative questions about the business. At Discovery, the presence of all stake-holders is required. Follow up meetings are held to identify and review the project’s scope of requirements with the client.
